Hi Jason I want to let you know we are extremely happy with your program and wish we had started using it from the beginning. It has eliminated errors and has made our office more efficient and organized. With the addition of Accuevent multi user we have successfully grown our business and will continue to grow in the years to come. By using your system we were able to implement new procedures and processes in the office that have greatly enhanced our customer service and has allowed us to have multiple sales staff taking reservations and looking up information at the same time. The delivery and customer pick up reports has made life simpler and more efficient tracking parts to games, blower and related items list to make sure the delivery and pick up person have accounted for all the parts to delivered products. The delivery reports has made loading the trucks more efficient and makes sure the correct accessories are on the vehicle. We set the system up on a windows terminal server that also allows us to remotely access Accuevent from any computer or mobile laptop. This feature has a tremendous benefit because we can have 2 employees at the office and 1-2 employees working from home all accessing the same data at the same time. During the busy season we use stay at home parents to handle the overflow of customers by giving them access to our computer from there home computer and simply forwarding the last 1-2 phone lines to there house. The support after the sale and during the installation was a huge reason for writing this letter to your company. The interface system with QuickBooks is what interested me in Accuevent and is a huge bonus. I highly recommend your system to anyone in the party rental business. Thanks

It was one of the best decisions I ever made to throw away our write in calendar and incorporate your software into our business. IT IS THE SOLE REASON WE HAVE INCREASED BUSINESS 25% THIS YEAR ALONE. We have been using Accuevent for almost 5 years and this year with the added staff and the bookings being able to be made and NO overbookings we have increased our rentals and our total customer satifaction rate as went to 5.78 out of a total 6.00. With our software we pull items that are going out based on reports, clean repair sanitze etc. We have never got to a job this year and lost a rental because we have been able to stay on top of our daily rentals with this. Anyway I love Accuevent and swear by it.

To be honest, it took me 2 years to decide on purchasing your program. I designed my own excel database that worked ok, but not what we really needed. I tested a couple of trial products. Then I found you and Jason. After speaking with both of you I was sold, had nothing to do with the program, I just liked you guys. I think that is a key with business that you have to sell yourself and the belief in your product comes along for the ride. You guys are great and I would recommend you to anyone that asks, so don't hesitate to use me as a reference.

I just wanted to take a moment and tell you thanks for everything. You really know what customer service means and you totally understand the inflatable rental business. My first attempt to get rental software with Event Wizard was a disaster, many of the features and functionality they said they had weren't working properly. When I called for support, I just about always got transferred to voice mail and I hardly ever got a response back on the same day and many times it took several attempts. They said I could customize my forms (however it was very limited and it didn't integrate with word) and they said it worked with Quickbooks (however nothing ever imported correctly). I sent e-mails and left voice messages to get help and never heard back. I also couldn't get many of the features and screens to work. Exasperated and frustrated with the lack of customer service and software that didn't perform as promised, I asked for a refund from Event Wizard. They refused to give me a refund, they wanted me to contact tech support (Hello?I already tried that) ? so much for customer satisfaction guarantee. I finally gave up, we were in our busy season and I needed HELP, not false promises. That's when I purchased AccuEvent.

I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I am with Accuevent. You made it all breeze, it was actually exciting working with you once I saw how easy it all was. AccuEvent's Customer Service Rocks.. I was relieved to actually talk to someone live on the phone and you always call back and respond the same day usually within a few hours. The online meeting you set up to assist me with importing all my customers from Quickbooks was a complete success. Everything transferred over flawlessly, thank you for taking the extra time to help me set up my supply sets and rental items. I LOVE my paperwork items (I can totally customize them to fit my business operations) and my FORMS (they truly INTEGRATE COMPLETELY with WORD).

You are always so patient with me and all my questions. Your software is phenomenal and I would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone who is just starting out or to those who want to take their business to the next level. I hate writing up contracts, making load sheets for the drivers and sending out proposals, it's all sooo time consuming; however, with AccuEvent it's all done with just a few clicks. I just know it's going to be a breeze once I get it all fine tuned; and I know you will actually be there to help me through it all. Marketing and prospecting is going to be so much easier too now that I can customize reports to show just about anything I want to know about my customers, leads, equipment, and rentals. I can't wait to see how much our sales will sky rocket in 2008! Now that I'm using AccuEvent I just can't imagine running my business without it!

Well Guys, it took awhile, but you finally got me!

Several years ago, when I was young and fresh in the Inflatable Rental business I purchased your software in a weak moment at an IAAPA convention.

When I got home I intended to use the downtime during the winter to bring all of my existing written agreements into the software, but as time went on, I never seemed to find the time to do it.

Soon, another spring was upon me, and there was no time to learn the new software or implement it into my business plan. What a huge mistake! Business grew by leaps and bounds, and it was all I could do to keep up with it. My paper records left me with no means to really track what was profitable and what wasn't. Oh, my gut instincts were ok, but it wasn't until the following winter when I really tried to piece together my spectacular year that I realized that I didn't have a handle on half of what I could have had if I had only set up the software the way it was intended to work.

I signed up for your Help Service for only six months as a trial, and you got me! I recently signed on for another year.

Your service has been outstanding, and the software is helping me manage my business in smart ways now, not just hard work. I thought I could save money by using your software, and I did, but I didn't realize until recently how much money it could make for me.

Thanks guys, for being there for me when I needed you, even when I didn't know it.

I just wanted to drop you a note on how pleased we are with your AccuEvent software. Since we started using it four years ago, it has helped us tremendously in not only our order taking and scheduling processes but in helping us track order and customer history enabling us to identify which marketing and customer service campaigns are working and which need to be looked at.

The program's features are invaluable in organizing our delivery and paperwork procedures helping us operate more efficiently by ensuring timely rental deliveries and eliminating missing/incorrect paperwork. The Quick View and Mapping features in particular are great for saving time and promoting efficient operation. Having a program like this enables us to have operators at different locations take and process orders with no fear of duplicate or missing orders.

All in all, AccuEvent has been a great help in servicing and retaining our customer base which is critical in our industry which relies heavily on repeat business. And the technical support from Jason and you is always timely and helpful.

Accuevent has exceeded my expectations. At first, we were hesitant to pay for any type of rental program but as our business increased our hand written planner spaces decreased. Then, my worst nightmare happened, I double booked an item. I was deeply embarassed and that point I knew what my next step was.
