Q:   What are the minimum workstation computer requirements?

A:    Pentium II 350mhz (or equivalent) processor 256 megabytes of RAM 100 megabytes of free hard drive dpace Video Card that supports 800 X 600 or higher resolution Windows 2000, XP Home, Pro or Windows Vista


Q:   How do I change the Company Name or Address in the system?

A:    The company name and address are tied the software to protect piracy. To change your company name or address, please e-mail the changes along with your company information to support@accuevent.com.


Q:   How do I backup the AccuEvent data in a single-user installation?

A:    The AccuEvent data is stored in C:\Program Files\AccuEvent For Windows\Data folder. If you backup this folder (with AccuEvent closed) on a daily or weekly basis to CD, Tape or other media is the best practice.


Q:   I am getting an error saying that gdiplus.dll doesn't exist how do I resolve this?

A:    AccuEvent will no longer run on computers running Windows 98 as Microsoft ceased support for Windows 98. If you are running Windows 2000, then you can get the gdiplus.dll file and install it from the support section of the Microsoft website. If you are unsure how to do this, please consult your computer technician.
